A blend of Grenache Noir, Gris, Blanc, and Nebbiolo from Tierra Alta’s limestone-rich hills, it offers vibrant aromas of watermelon, dragon fruit, and lavender, with juicy flavors of strawberry, cherry, and blood orange. Fermented cold with Provence yeast for added complexity, the dry finish lingers with hints of raspberry, strawberry, and white pepper.
